Become a Room Parent
What is a Room Parent? A room mom or dad is a volunteer who helps to support their child's teacher. It's a great way to get to know your child's teacher and the kids and parents in their class better. Room parents help with classroom events, teacher appreciation, and facilitate communication between the teacher and the other parents in the class.
What does a Room Parent do throughout the year? If you are interested in becoming a Room Parent this year (YAY!), please send an email to roomparents@chesterbrookpta.org with the information below or print, fill out the form and email a picture. Collect class funds to pay for class parties, events, and teacher gifts. Help plan and put on classroom parties and grade-level events. Purchase/facilitate appreciation activities and gifts for teachers. Forward information from the PTA to families, as requested.
